Room-to-room transfers (between, for example, the bedroom and bathroom where rail systems are used in each room) is achieved using the Roomer™ 5200 Cassette Unit. The client is transferred horizontally in a controlled and comfortable manner through a standard door opening. The lift is suspended from two belts, both of which are connected when moving from room to room. This makes the transfer horizontal in a smooth and controlled movement with no height loss.
