Based in Belfast and Widnes, Lisclare supply nursing equipment throughout the UK and Ireland, including community nursing beds, pressure area care (mattresses and cushions) and solutions for patient hygiene, lifting and transfer equipment.
With over 25 years experience our team work closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Care Staff by providing solutions and education for patient handling, beds and pressure care.

Adam Tatlock
Product Specialist – Community South
With 20 years’ experience in mobility, Adam supports Clinicians with product training and joint assessments for complex patients. He covers our entire range of products and is based in the South of England & Wales.
Adam enjoys Gallery Target & Civilian Service Rifle Shooting. His hobbies also include walking, astronomy, photography, fly fishing and spending time with his family.

Andrew Ponton
Product Specialist – North East
Andrew’s role is focused on community products and the acute sector products, including our nursing bed range, moving and handling products and shower chair systems., including ShowerBuddy system. Andrew is based in the North East of England.
Andrew is an avid true crime reader and dog walker. He is also about to reignite his interest in photography and getting back into cycling.

Carl Fairhurst
Product Assessor
Carl assesses within the community for all Lisclare’s products, supporting all our Product Specialists from Scotland to Cornwall!! He also supports OT’s and physios with moving and handling training with all our products.
Sports mad, Carl plays Football, Cricket and Golf. He coaches juniors at his local cricket club and even has shares in three fantastic racehorses!!

Customer Service Manager
As Customer Service Manager no day is the same for Diahann! She answers queries from customers and colleagues. She provides quotes for cots, looking after purchasing, stock control and outstanding sales orders.
Diahann enjoys going for days out with her son and watching him as he grows up too quickly! She loves socialising and travelling.

Donna’s job is to tell people about Lisclare, our products and their benefits. She plans campaigns and works with colleagues and also outside agencies to produce marketing collateral. She also updates our social media and website.

As you enter our GB office, Helen is the first face you see at Reception. She deals with enquiries, processes orders from quotation to invoicing and arranging delivery. General office duties as required.

Jonathan Smith
Customer Service Manager
Jonathan prepares quotations, confirms pricing, and provides technical advice about our products. He deals with order specific queries and oversees delivery scheduling. Finally, he keeps everything running smoothly in the Belfast Office.
When not working, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially at his caravan and watching Manchester United.

Julie Foster

As part of the customer team based in our GB office, Julie deals telephone with queries, processes sales orders from quotation to invoicing. Julie is also involved in purchasing for the office and other duties as required.
Julie enjoys cooking and baking at home and going for long walks. She looks forward to again being able to socialise at the weekends and planning sunny holidays.

Keith McMurray
Sales Director
Keith has over 30 years’ experience working with occupational therapists, performing joining assessments and providing training on a wide range of products. Keith’s knowledge of manual handling, seating, bathing and showering items is second to none.
Keith is a keen guitarist and in the office you often him burst into a rendition of Willie Nelson’s ‘On the Road Again!’

Matthew Wilson-Yelverton
Product Specialist – North West
Matthew meets with Manual Handling Advisors and Procurement departments in Acute/Community hospitals. He also works with OT’s in home settings. He then advises which equipment is available to best help their patients.
Matthew loves all types of sport, enjoys competing and being outdoors. Family, friends, BBQs and a good movie keep him happy.

Peter Bradburn

Peter offers Patient Handling related Sales, training and After-Care support to our Secondary Care and National Key Account customer base. Peter focuses on Patient Handling products primarily, throughout the Southern half of England.
At the weekends, Peter enjoys discovering more about historical sites , such as Stonehenge, with his family and 2 dogs.

Our Support Service
We prioritise good customer service and after sales care. Our experienced team are also happy to offer the following specialist services.
If you are one of our customers, training is available free of charge on our range of products.
Training
Our experienced staff are happy to provide training by video call, at your premises or at our training rooms in Widnes or Belfast. In person training is subject to current government restrictions and requirements around social distancing.
We routinely provide training for care workers, occupational therapists, family members and technical staff as part of our after sales care.
Assessment Support
We supply a free of charge joint assessment support service to help you select and configure the best choice of equipment from our extensive range. Our fully trained team of paediatric product specialists are CRB checked and provide nationwide coverage. Working with local authorities and NHS therapists we have built a reputation for excellence and commitment.
A wide range of trial and demonstration equipment is available to support your assessment including:

Our product specialist will bring the equipment to the home or facility at a time which is convenient to all parties. Once equipment has been specified we aim to provide a detailed quotation within 48 hours.

We can provide a comprehensive, no obligation audit report. This service is free of charge.
