The corpus of the bed, on the other hand, always moves synchro-nously within its large height adjustment range of 26 to 80 cm and when it tilts to a reverse-Trendelenburg position. This prevents trapping hazards for users that could otherwise occur due to gaps opening up between the mattress bases. Optional split safety sides for customised safety can be retrofitted at any time.

The Regia Double Bed conforms to the current standard for nursing beds BS EN 60601-2-52:2010. All our beds have been tested well beyond the minimum requirements. Rather than performing self-certification, our beds are rigorously tested by SIQ, an independent certification and notified body. This provides our customers with independent assurance that our beds will provide many years of safe and reliable service at a low total cost of ownership.
